Interactions
An “interaction” means one complete exchange between a website visitor and your AI Agent — typically one user message and one AI Agent reply.
Each new message, question, or follow-up counts as another interaction.

Interaction Allowances
Each plan includes a defined monthly interaction allowance. These limits ensure predictable costs and consistent service for all clients.
Additional interactions are billed at £0.10 per interaction or as per a custom agreement for Enterprise plans.

Fair Usage
We monitor usage patterns to maintain fair performance across all clients. If your usage consistently exceeds your plan’s allowance or affects system performance, we may recommend an upgrade or apply overage charges after prior notice.
