Monthly Plans
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by providing at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Service will continue until the end of your current paid period, and no further payments will be taken thereafter.

Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but refunds are not provided for unused months within an active annual term.

Refunds
As Zhaal provides access to digital software and AI-powered services (SaaS), we do not typically offer refunds once a plan has been activated. Exceptions may be considered only in cases of a verified billing error or service failure on our part.
